Service Description. This Site describes Gutter Cleaning, Downspout Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Deck Cleaning, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Garage Cleanout provided by Tri-State Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://junkhaulingcompanyhixson.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tri-State Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Tri-State Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Tri-State Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-State Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Tri-State Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tri-State Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TN.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
